Our Founders

Brothers and business partners, Dana and Tyler Dunkelberger, are second-generation retirement specialists. They were raised in a small mid-western town in Iowa by their father who has years of industry experience. Before entering the financial field, they were both professional waterskiers and traveled extensively around the world.

Collectively, they have experience in retirement strategies, insurance, income planning, and estate planning. The combination of their professional knowledge and sincere concern for clients’ welfare allows them to meet both their immediate and long-term needs.

The firm is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), the National Ethics Association, and the Better Business Bureau. They are most proud of their awards including Outstanding Customer Service.

Sabrina is a valuable leader for our exceptional team and has a unique blend of skills, experience, and passion. Since 2012, Sabrina has brought a crucial contribution to our collective efforts everyday. Sabrina manages and leads our team, as well as coordinates company training and business procedures. She handles escalated concerns, manages portfolio accounts and asset transfers. Sabrina’s dedication to staying at the forefront of industry trends and advancements ensures that she consistently delivers innovative solutions to our clients’ needs. Outside of work, Sabrina identifies herself as a “traveling homebody” since her favorite place in the entire world is her home with her husband and their animals, however, she has a passion for exploring new places, new cultures and food. She believes in maintaining a healthy work-life balance and finds inspiration from her diverse experiences. We are incredibly fortunate to have Sabrina as a vital member of our team. With her wealth of expertise and unwavering commitment, Cynthia plays a vital role as she manages events, schedules and leads our team through expert project management and more. She does it all! Cynthia brings a unique set of skills and experiences to the table. She possesses a deep understanding of connecting with clients and businesses, honed through her years of dedicated work and continuous learning. Her passion for connecting with clients is evident in her exceptional work and the results she consistently delivers. But it’s not just Cynthia’s proficiency that sets her apart. She is a natural collaborator and a source of inspiration for the entire team. Cynthia goes above and beyond to ensure that our team functions seamlessly, with a shared vision and a sense of camaraderie. When not immersed in her work, you can find her spending time with her two cats, Adonis and Beau. Her diverse set of skills and well-rounded perspective contribute to the richness of her contributions within the team. Bianca Prather

New Business Director

Bianca has been a valuable member of our exceptional team since 2022. With her expertise and dedication, she brings a unique set of skills that elevate our collective efforts. She provides support for Tyler’s new and existing accounts as well as assists in the set-up process of tax-free green line accounts. Bianca is a dedicated individual who approaches every task with unwavering enthusiasm and a keen eye for detail. Her extensive knowledge allows her to navigate complex challenges with ease, consistently delivering outstanding results. Beyond her technical expertise, Bianca is known for her exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills. She possesses a natural ability to foster strong relationships within the team and with clients, ensuring a cohesive and harmonious working environment. Her positive attitude and willingness to lend a helping hand makes her an invaluable asset to our team. Outside of work, Bianca enjoys spending time with her husband and taking care of her 4 fur babies consisting of 2 cats and 2 dogs. She values a work-life balance and has a passion for experiencing new and fun adventures as often as she can. Becca is a valuable member of our exceptional team who joined Reliance in 2023. With her diverse skills, unique perspectives and unwavering dedication, Becca plays a pivotal role in our collective success. Becca brings an impressive background in all things digital media, online management and content creation. She has spent years specializing in marketing management, videography, photography and live event production which enables her to tackle complex challenges with confidence and precision. Her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence shine through in every project she undertakes. When Becca isn’t immersed in her work, you can find her on the basketball court, volunteering at church, spending time with friends & family or using her creative skills for fun, personal projects. She is our in-house expert on Dana and Tyler’s existing client account requests from beneficiary updates to withdrawal requests. Her exceptional problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking have consistently resulted in groundbreaking solutions for our clients and projects. With an insatiable curiosity and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Celeste consistently pushes the boundaries of what is possible. Her passion for continuous learning ensures she stays at the forefront of industry advancements, enabling her to deliver cutting-edge solutions that exceed expectations. Outside of work, Celeste can be found baking, spending time with friends and family, and exploring the outdoors. Her diverse range of interests fuels her creativity and contributes to her well-rounded approach to problem-solving.
